  • work closely with developers and planners to identify construction job opportunities
  • build strong relationships with local agencies to target timely recruitment of local people
  • develop partnerships with training providers to create a long term sustainable solution for apprenticeships
  • minimise the cost to construction of an integrated local employment solution
  • work with partners to develop business and employability skills for enhanced employment opportunities
  • develop local integrated work solutions for apprentices to complete their assignments
  • create opportunities to develop a multi-skilled workforce to enhance employment opportunities
  • implement and develop ‘labouring- to-the-trade’ to accelerate work based learning solutions
