What makes a successful business? We asked The Kent Foundation to help our young team developtheir ideas on business development and review how they’ve been doing since we launched on June 1st this year.

Stuart Tanton of the Kent Foundation ran an afternoon programme to get us all thinking about successful entrepreneurs – Who are they? What makes them successful? simple questions but got everyone thinking – mentors too!

Good communication was also a common theme throughout the afternoon – and we’re pleased to say it’s already improved since Stuart’s vist.
